In difficult conditions League Two strugglers Barnet survived a potential banana skin at Northolme, and as former Thurrock favourite Tresor Kandol came off the bench to score twice after Nicky Ellis had equalised for the home side. Kandol’s second goal came from the penalty spot in the final minute of the game with Ellis sent off for a ‘professional foul’, to make it a flattering final scoreline for the Bees.
