One of my favourite Non League grounds; these pics were taken just before the lights were turned out following an FA Trophy tie vs Eastbourne Borough on 15 January 2005. DB. |

Barely a month after these photographs were taken on 15 January 2005, Gravesend & Northfleet FC were forced to close the Northfleet Terrace at the far end of the ground on the advice of the emergency services. The estimated cost of rebuilding the terrace is in the region of £75,000 and the club hopes that further negotiations will allow at least part of the terrace to be re-opened.
