Note Originally founded in 1908, the club is one of the oldest in Devon. The present incarnation came about following the amalgamation of Dartmouth United & Dartmouth YMRC in June 1999. Long Cross is a pleasant County League venue with a decent sized pitched roof stand on the far touchline. The dugouts are integral to the stand but there is another dugout opposite, adjacent to a further small partially overgrown area (which looks like another large dugout that has lost its roof). There is a well-appointed clubhouse behind the goal at the Milton Road end of the ground. The wooden perimeter fence gives the ground a nice rural feel. At present there are no floodlights (training lights only on the roof of the stand). DB |
