Note Although the club is no longer active, a visit to Molinnis Park is advised if you are in the area. Hopefully, you will have more luck than I did in gaining access, with my solitary photograph being taken through a gap in the fence of a neighbouring garden ... having asked permission first! A shot from the opposite direction offers a far more impressive background and ample evidence of the former China Clay industry; however, I didn’t fancy risking the barbed wire. The club was once a respected member of the SW League and the stand, a carbon copy of which once stood at Helston’s former Beacon Parc, is testament to those times. DB |
